Chase Y was very polite and knowledgeable. He did not disturb our household doing the measurements and assessments. He presented our options, took into account our needs and expectations for the windows we needed replaced. He made it more relaxing and easy to understand.
We appreciate the 5-stars, Charnay! Thank you for the kind words about Chase, it was a pleasure to meet with you.
Donte and Jose were wonderful. They spent the time needed going through the different options and did it pleasantly. We appreciate their hard work and patience. They were very kind and truthful with us and because of that we are getting a new roof from Victors.
We appreciate the 5-stars, Dan! Thank you for the kind words about Donte and Jose, it was a pleasure to meet with you. We look forward to working together!
Had Joseph come to a house for a roof inspection and replacement estimate. He did a very thorough inspection and answered all of my questions. When it came to final pricing that's where it was completely absurd. 3x my last estimate. Bottom line get an estimate, hope it goes better than it did for me in the end.
Hi Robert, we are so happy to hear that you had a good experience with Joseph and will pass your feedback along. We really appreciate having had the opportunity to serve you!
Chase did a very thorough inspection and broke issues and options down in a useful and non-condescending fashion. Clearly a sales script in some parts, which I usually despise, but he brought it to life and want merely going through the motions. Not sure we'll use Victor's for this big expensive project, but Chase definitely made a strong impression.
Thank you, Bob, for allowing us to serve you & the amazing review! The employee shout-out for Chase is much appreciated & we have shared it with the whole team. Thank you again!
