Fantastic from start to finish! Al who quoted the job was super thorough. He spent 2 hours on our roof and attic. Materials delivered quickly. I was updated on the time schedule and roof was done in a day. Very professional!
Sales person came out to give estimate on a repairing a few shingles that came loose. He was a nice enough guy, and very professional. However, he quoted $1700 for repair, and after 4 other companies gave estimates, another company quoted $625 for the exact same work( the other 3 were all in a $100 range). Worst part is another company forewarned verbatim what victors would say, do and the price they would quote prior to them even showing up.
Brett was beyond helpful with helping us come to a decision on fixing our roof. It was so refreshing having such a nice, friendly and down to earth person helping us. Not only did he walk us through everything but he took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns and was very patient. He was beyond wonderful and I will be recommending him to everyone I know!
I was amazed at the service we received. From the very first appointment all the way through completion, and beyond, everyone was professional, did what they said they would do, and did it when they said they would, on time!
In this day and age where customer service is usually poor at best, Victors shines!!
