Sales person was very friendly and thorough. Took good videos to inform us exactly what was going on. Then went into a detailed sales pitch that ended in a quote 30k higher than anything else we had heard (spoken with 4 other companies). When he asked me what price we were expecting, I gave him the number 30k lower and with one text to his boss, he magically cut 22k off his price. I CALLED VICTORS ON TUESDAY, THEY CAME OUT WENESDAY!! BRETT WESTENBERG IS AWESOME!! HE WAS ON TIME, VERY NICE AND POLITE. HE ACTUALLY WENT ON THEY ROOF AND WENT IN TO MY ATTIC, LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. HE PROVIDED ME A PERSONALIZE VIDEO THAT WAS AWESOME . HE EXPLAINED EVERY STEP AND WAS VERY DETAILED.
