We were very impressed with Jose Pardo. He did an excellent job with walking us through the process of repairing our roof. We were going to wait to make any decisions but because of Jose making us feel comfortable with the company and prices we went with this company. Now we are waiting to see the work.
Upon noticing a roof leak infiltrating into a closet on New Years day, we contacted Victors the following Monday. Victors sent an inspector out the next day. 10 days later our new roof was installed along with new ventilation. They're responsiveness was great considering we experienced a significant snow event 5 days later.
We researched many roof companies and came across Victors. We are so happy we did. From the free estimate to the financing setup and actual roof job everything was professional, timely and reasonable. Thank you Victors for giving us a beautiful new roof and helping ease our financial stress over purchasing a new roof.
