Another heavy rain day here in Michigan, I spent the morning worried about my roof leaking again. Gavin from Victors came out today and performed a roof inspection for us. He was professional as well as thorough! The result of his inspection was we’ve decided to contract Victors to have our roof and skylights replaced. Victor’s was easy to work with and straight forward with everything. There crew showed up on time and started immediately by protecting my home. Once they started they never stopped until they finished. We did have a window screen that was torn during the roof tear off and Victors never hesitated to repair it. The Company responded with a next day appointment, no two hour window. Vlad Smolyanov was exactly on time! He was also professional and efficient. He provided a detailed explanation with the issues impacting my roof and ventilation including photos and video. He did not oversell my solution options.
