Matthew was professional and an excellent communicator. His videos and pictures during the entire job made me feel as if I was on the roof with the team. I appreciate the detailed information shared throughout the process. Thanks to the entire Victors team!!!!
Thank you, Andrea, for allowing us to serve you & the amazing review! The employee shout-out for Matthew is a definite plus & we have shared it with the whole team. Thank you again!
First off, I basically only took the appointment because they would never stop calling. Had them come out, sales guy was good but what they charge isn’t worth under any circumstance. The cheapest option was $29k or almost 400/month for 10 years, no thank you! I’ve had 5 other quotes with all of them between $10,900 and 12,140. I would never hire this company, no way would I ever pay triple the price for the same outcome. Now the nonstop calls begin again.
Hi Justin, we are sorry to hear that this is the experience you had. With that said, our aim has never been to be the least expensive roofing company, but the one with the best service and quality. We appreciate your feedback and have passed it along internally.
