From the initial consultation to the repair and the follow up calls they made, everyone at Victors was professional and courteous. The repairman explained everything he did and they shared photos after. I would happily recommend them.
Excellent quality of work and very fast service. However, there were cost overruns on the project (needed 3x as many boards as estimated) and the roofers had to remove my gutter guards which was not discussed in advance. Expressed concerns to customer service after the project was completed and there was no substantive response.
I had a ridge vent replacement. I put a remote thermometer in the attic to monitor the heat and it's working. Thank you so much
