The entire process took about a week. The inspection and then the contract review was very easy. I felt the pricing was also reasonable. In few days, we were scheduled for our new roof! The Job Manager and team came in, set up the necessary safety and protective gear to ensure no lingering issues (flowers, trees, outdoor furniture, bushes, etc.) would occur. Workers were responsive however I had a better experience with the service in the office. They made a few mistakes on the billing but 'Stephanie ' was very nice to work with. The roof itself looks great and my son says it seems good quality. My HOA inspector also took a look at it and approved it.
