The first thing that Victors did that helped sell the job was a video made while the sales person was actually on the roof. After giving Victors the order, they kept us regularly informed when the project was weather delayed and did the job as soon as conditions permitted. They even made an emergency repair in an area we were not aware of, to prevent any further damage to the house while we waited for the complete re-roofing job to commence. After his inspection of our roof he reviewed our options and provided a quote for the job. Dakota explained the process including the clean up and inspections. Materials and the crew arrived as planned and there were no surprises or additional costs. We would recommend that you give Dakota a call for your roof.
