VICTORS ROOFING SENT OUT ROOF INSPECTOR CHRIS GOODWIN. OUR ROOF IS LESS THAN 6 YEARS OLD. HOWEVER, STILL WE HAD A ROOFING PROBLEM. HE WAS PROMPT, CLEAN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. CHRIS TOOK IMAGES OF OUR ROOF AND PATIENTLY EXPLAINED EACH OF THEM. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF ALL THE SERVICES THAT VICTORS OFFERED SUCH AS ROOF MAX ECT... HE ALSO DID THE 21 POINT INSPECTION. Victor's installed my roof in November. The crew caused damage to my ceiling (pressure cracks). Contract or not, if you damage something, repair it. I paid eight thousand dollars over what other companies were charging (Total was over 20,000). The project supervisor did not inspect the roof after completion or offer any assistance with the ceiling damage. I don't normally leave reviews but Victors Roofing has truly 100% earned this 5 star review. Their process from start to finish was seamless and professional. Honestly they actually went above my expectations and went as far as to come back out to put a tarp over the area that needed to be repaired so we wouldn't continue to have more damage in the drywall before they were able to come out to do the repair. Great communication at every level of the project. This is a messy job and the mess is kept to a minimum as they have someone picking up as they work. Then afterwards they check to be sure there is nothing left around your house. Highly recommend
