VICTORS ROOFING SENT OUT ROOF INSPECTOR CHRIS GOODWIN. OUR ROOF IS LESS THAN 6 YEARS OLD. HOWEVER, STILL WE HAD A ROOFING PROBLEM. HE WAS PROMPT, CLEAN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. Victor's installed my roof in November. The crew caused damage to my ceiling (pressure cracks). Contract or not, if you damage something, repair it. I paid eight thousand dollars over what other companies were charging (Total was over 20,000). The project supervisor did not inspect the roof after completion or offer any assistance with the ceiling damage. Honestly they actually went above my expectations and went as far as to come back out to put a tarp over the area that needed to be repaired so we wouldn't continue to have more damage in the drywall before they were able to come out to do the repair.
