My roof experienced wind damage resulting in a leak coming into the kitchen. Chris from Victor's came within a day or two and put on a temporary fix. Then a few feet away a raccoon decided to make a hole by chewing through the roof. Chris came again and due to an ornery raccoon came again at least twice at no additional charge. Victors did a very professional service with our roof installation from the sales/ inspector rep who did the roof inspection and proposal, the shingle delivery staff, the debris container delivery staff , the office personnel, and all the workers who managed to finish the roof and garage roof in one day.
The guarantee and sales receipt arrived by email promptly.
The cleanup was perfect.

Excellent company! Very professional, from the sales rep down to the roofers. The inspector for the company was on-site to make sure all was being done to ensure the least disruption for us.
