UPDATE Victors Roofing followed up after reading this review. They sent a team member over to sweep the roof and around the house again for nails and found more. I've moved them from 4 to 5 stars because of they took action to make things right (more than just a "Sorry, we'll do better next time") and follow up with their customers without argument or delay. Very thoughtful in all communications, provide video of your roof so you can see what is going on up there, provide rationale for service needs that you can actually understand and feel like you're making an informed decision as a customer. I discovered that my roof was leaking in a single area and contacted VICTOR’S ROOFING for help. The sales guy/ inspector came out to my house, inspected the area, and advised what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He said 18 inches in diameter of shingles and the liner under the shingles needed to be replaced, which will cost $800.00. Of course, I paid the fee because I needed my roof to be fixed.
