Victor's roofing is good but can't say we're totally happy with the service. First the inspector that comes out is 100% a salesman trying to get as expensive a roof on as possible, second their roofs are going to be the most expensive option in the area. Now for that you'd expect perfect service but their leak free guarantee doesn't even transfer if you sell your house so not exactly as advertised. Had estimator come out for gutter replacement. He says a corner of the wood trim underneath the gutter will be replaced also because of rot. After job is done, found out only one piece of wood to the rotting corner was replaced. The other was not, so half of the rotten corner is still rotten. Called estimator back and he says quote is only for half the rotten corner. Felt like it was common sense to change both pieces of boards that come together to a common corner if the corner is rotting.... Read more
