Wow, I have to share this. It's been over 4 years since Victors did my roof and skylights. I had a small leak from one of my skylights and Victors came over immediately to check it out. They spent 2 hours on the roof investigating the cause and decided to put in larger ice dams over both skylights. No charge -- they said it was covered under the warranty.
