Josh Baker came to our home for a home inspection on 3/7/25. We were very impressed with his knowledge of roofing and willingness to take his time and explain the upgrades needed for our roof. Our previous roofing company did a horrible job installing the roof. They were subcontractors and we feel more comfy that Victors roofers are actually Victors employees. **updated** Owner responded that they do not charge for estimates. I can assure you, the salesperson I spoke with insisted on money in order to provide an estimate. If true, seems like there is a lack of oversight or unscrupulous employees. Kyle and Joel were exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Just having them in the house examining and explaining things made my afternoon a most pleasant experience. However, they were so persuasive that I signed an application which was way out of my price range. Plus enormous pressure to unfreeze my credit that evening at 7pm.
