Victors wasn't the lowest, but they did offer the best explanation of the various levels of work they could perform and why I might choose any of them specifically. They won my job on that and the 50 year shingles they use. The installation went well until the end when they broke some stuff while cleaning up, BUT, the project manager came out as soon as he could after I informed him and they discounted the job the cost to repair the broken things ...
