From the sales reps ( Daquinn W. and Joe M), the ladies navigating on the phone, to Richard Barreto, the project manager, and the amazing crew. They were all professional and very friendly. Everyone made us feel special. Our roof has never looked so good. Now we have the security of having no more leaks. It’s solid!! Victors was fantastic! Very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone! I wanted to specifically thank Steve F. And Rabeeh for their help. Steve was the initial inspector and Rabeeh was the project manager. Everyone did a great job so am extremely satisfied with my new roof!

The project manager's name is Rabeeh Rayyan. He was the first person on the job and the last person to leave. He explained everything I asked about and showed me what was happening. The crew of six was very hard working and conscientious about keeping the debris from spreading to the property as well as doing an excellent job.

The salesman that came out was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. I'm sure he was disappointed that I only wanted the leak fixed and not a complete new roof. The repairman was out in a couple days, replaced the pipe boot and left the property clean of any debris. $1,500 seemed a little pricy for a boot repair, but there was 2 to 3 hours of travel time to get to the house and no local roofers available. Time is money.
