Victors came out asked questions, they addressed our concerns. Took pictures of areas that we were questioning, even though we had another licensed and insured company do the repairs. They spent a lot of time explaining asked our concerns made the appointment for new roof. And they actually called us to see if it was possibly to do earlier which it was and we’re glad that we did. They did a fantastic job, there was no evidence of roof repair on my property. Everything was cleaned up none of my ... Read more

George and Candace went up to the attics and the roof, took a detailed look, and wrote down things like molds and leaks due to improper ventilation. Then they talked about materials and offered different packages. That differentiated Victor's from the other contractors I contacted so far and I was really impressed. I was not ready to make a decision today but I won't hesitate working with them if we were to start the project together.

The team was a bit behind schedule, however, it had snowed the night before making the morning commute for them treacherous. Once they arrived they went right to work and before noon, everything was buttoned up and the clean-up was superb! Prior to arrival I was contacted by Matthew our project manager. He explained to me how things would be handled from start to finish. And since we were unable to be there, Matthew kept me updated with videos and pictures. We are completely satisfied with the j...
