Jose, Freddy, and the crew were fantastic! Communication was a huge issue with past contractors, but not with these two. They kept us informed every step of the way! While we did have some struggles with the front end of the business, the crew on the day of installment, under Jose and Freddy, were amazing!

This review is for the estimation visit. The salesperson, Sam, was punctual and professional. He spent almost an hour inspecting and then we sat down to discuss the details and review his suggested options. While I will make a decision based on several estimates, there were no issues about Victor's which made me question their reputability.
