We appreciated that Erin provided us a thorough inspection with good pictures and videos. Nina provided excellent customer service. She always replied, assisted with coordination outside of her scope, and I really appreciated her along the way. Kory, Ty, Rabeeh were professional and courteous.
Thanks for the 5-stars and kind words about so many on our team! We appreciate you taking the time to shout them out, we also appreciate having had the opportunity to serve you, Christine!
Edit: Well, the Proof is in the pudding…or, in this case, the Proof is in the bill. According to my Consumers Energy bill. Happiest I’ve EVER been to get my gas bill !! #victorshomesolutionsforthewinagain

Hunter was very knowledgeable and stuck with us as we realized we need a new roof. He answered all of our questions and had very detailed explanations for why repairs were needed. He was never pushy and totally understood how we were feeling about the situation. I appreciated his honesty and trust his work.
