Everything went perfectly with the install. Richard was a great project manager.
Thanks for the 5-stars, Nick! We are so happy Richard gave you a great experience and want to thank you for allowing us to serve you!
The crew and sales were very fast and very professional. More wood should be included in original estimate became 30’ is not nearly enough to cover wood needs of an average roof that needs replacement, and $5 more per foot adds up quickly to make a higher budget.
Donte was very knowledgeable and well prepared and made sure we were happy with our roof before he left! Would recommend Victors for their high quality and customer service
Kimberly, thank you for the 5-stars and the kind words about Donte. We will be sure to pass them along. We really appreciate you taking the time to detail your experience with us!
Using Victors for our new roof was by far a great decision, as they say “you get what you pay for”. The focus to detail was extraordinary. Jose and Freddy were diligent on executing quality work and cleanup. It is obvious the company goal is to satisfy the customer.
Highly recommended!
We are so happy to hear you had the experience you deserve with Mike. We are looking forward to serving you in the best way that we know how! Thanks for the opportunity, Dennis!
