We were introduced to Victors Home Solutions by Maia when she came to do our initial roof inspection. She was very thorough in explaining what the Victors Home Solutions process included, showed us pictures and videos of the issues with our current roof, and had samples of all the materials that would be used on our new roof. Don Runyon my project manager was available for me every step of the way. Neighbors on both sides of my house commented on how thoughtful and hard-working Don and the whole crew were. I love my new roof. It’s beautiful!

Edit Jake did follow thru and had a crew come out and make a couple of corrections, including the work by the chimney, along with the gutters. Customer service has been great, so I'm optimistic should any other issues arise. The materials were delivered and installed the same day. I noticed that the ridge vent the salesman, Eric, showed us was much different from the one that was installed. We chose Victor’s Home Solutions because of their seemingly great reviews and reputation. Everything seemed great when we met with the estimator, Cullen. Day of installation came and things began to go downhill. Cullen originally told us we would only need to have 2 boards replaced. Turns out 26 needed replaced. That cost us an additional $2k.
