Today, Jake and Aaron came out to inspect a leak we discovered. They determined the leak was coming from some caulk that had failed on our chimney - out of scope but they re-caulked it anyway. I became aware of Victors through their commercials. We received a flyer and scheduled a visit. Victors wasn't the first bid I received, so let me tell you why Victors was different. The other roofing companies would measure, inspect the exterior of the roof and submitted a quote. Victors was different in that they not only inspected the exterior but the salesman, Steve Fleming, checked our crawl spaces and attic. The crew showed up on time and they were professional and courteous. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up everything like they were never here. My inspector who came out was not pushy and very informative! Great job Victors!
