Wow, what can I say. The process of working with Vista Roofing has been the best. The gentleman I started with and was with me thru the process was Jacob Mellow. I had roof damage from a recorded storm and and State Farm would not cover the expense for damage sustained from the storm but with support and guidance from Jacob and all of the people from Vista Roofing I was able to get State Farm to pay partial expense. Vista Roofing sent a representative out in a manner of three days, after receiving my initial call, to address our roof/siding issues. Adam arrived on time and performed a thorough and professional inspection (with drone footage of the entire house). He explained, in detail, the area that needed replacement. As the original Builder cut a piece of siding too short resulting in wind getting underneath and causing the siding to lift. We’re currently awaiting repair estimate/ cost.
