I started using Vista Roofing to inspect a roof of a house that I was purchasing. They came back with great information that I was able to use in negotiating. After closing on the house, I had Vista Roofing come out and replace my roof while installing more ventilation. They were very professional, courteous and careful. I will say it was pretty expensive, however, due to their professionalism, I chose them over lower quotes. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for in a good way.
We've used Vista Roofing in the past and had a great experience. When a recent storm blew off a piece of siding that was too high for us to reach, we called Vista. They were very prompt, professional, and did a great job for us once again.
Discovered a leak in my four year old roof. Contacted Vista to get an estimate on the Repair. Cody with Vista Roofing gave me a full detailed inspection report with pictures and video from a drone above. The videos included his explaining exactly what the issues were. To my utter surprise, Cody informs me that the roof shingles were installed incorrectly and the chimeny flashing was wrong and I find out later it was never replaced. Update as of 3/24/23: The owner (Joe) reached out to me shortly after this review was posted and apologized (profusely) for my subpar experience with two of his employees (Cody&Jillian). He assured me that I wouldn't have to communicate with them moving forward and convinced me to give Vista Roofing a second chance. I'm glad that I did.
