**update** they immediately reached out to me to make arrangements to correct some of the issues. Communication was great until after I paid what I thought was the final invoice. Then I'm immediately sent an additional one for supplements. When I sent questions about the additional requested amount I never heard back. It wasn't explained very detailed to me.
