I called Ben, the owner of Vista Roofing, and he came to my house and evaluated the problem and provided me with a extremely reasonable quote for the repairs. Vista Roofing Inc. is a small company but they are HUGE on quality, workmanship, professionalism, responsiveness and customer interaction!
