Wow, what can I say. The process of working with Vista Roofing has been the best. The gentleman I started with and was with me thru the process was Jacob Mellow. I had roof damage from a recorded storm and and State Farm would not cover the expense for damage sustained from the storm but with support and guidance from Jacob and all of the people from Vista Roofing I was able to get State Farm to pay partial expense. We had some severe weather in Gaston on Friday which blew off a siding panel and raised up some other panels. I looked and behold Vista Roofing was the first on my google search. I called and the automated system was a little confusing however I did receive a phone call within minutes. I had Mr. Joe Wallace who called and came out immediately. I’ve had the best experience! Terrible storm brought trees down on the house damaging the roof. Vista Roofing has been the best. They are supportive while you’re going through the insurance process. Patient while waiting for tree companies to get the trees off the house. In fact, every employee I’ve spoken to has been kind and great at their jobs. They are all hardworking and supportive.
