Vista Roofing replaced our roof in 2021 prior to us buying the house. We had a few shingles falling off and called to inquire about a warranty. Unfortunately, the work/labor warranty expired in 2023. Vista Roofing (without me asking) offered to fix the shingles anyway at no charge. I called on a Thursday afternoon, & my roof was fixed by the time I got home from work on Friday! Great customer service! We really appreciate Vista!

Signed a contract with them and got a call later that evening that they’re increasing the price. This was “after” the contract was provided and signed by both parties. The reasoning was that they “couldn’t perform the job the way it had been quoted”. This is improper business practice. Once you sign a contract and take a check for down payment from a client, this price and work needs to be done unless both parties agree to sever the deal.
