This geriatric millennial dude showed up. I swear I heard his knees popping with each step up the ladder. I thought this is a guy who definitely keeps his insurance up to date, one strong gust away from a joint replacement. He pulled all his measurements instead of his back and I got a repair quote the next day. Scheduled and done inside of 2 weeks.
