Prior to reaching out to Vista, I had a leak in my sunroom. That company came out and conducted an inspection on the roof of the sunroom and informed me that the leak was not due to any of their work. He informed me that the leak was coming from the siding. I contacted Vista Roofing the next day. John came out later that week, conducted a very detailed inspection on the siding and informed me that the leak issue was not due to the siding but was due to the roof on the sunroom. John Farrell came out this cold and windy afternoon as scheduled and looked at my vinyl soffit. John determined what I thought was a broken J channel was actually just two pieces that had pulled apart. He grabbed a telescoping ladder from inside his truck and promptly climbed up 12 feet and by hand, realigned the pieces, snapped everything into place and offered to come back tomorrow to tack the channels firmly in place. I called Vista Roofing to check out a leak we had. They came out and looked. The cool part is while they were on the roof I was getting text messages with pictures of the issues they had found. The proof is in the pictures and to me that shows their integrity in the recommendations they provide.
