Ben Stiles of Vista Roofing was across the street working on the roof of a home. I asked him if he'd come by my home when finished to check out a leak in my garage. He said he'd be happy to and did once he had finished. He checked my roof and attic to find where the leak was coming from. Once discovered (he took numerous photos to show me exactly the location), Mr. Stiles then left the photos with me, so I'd be able to show them to the company that had replaced my roof less than a year ago. These guys blew me away from day 1. I had already been dealing with another company whose customer service I was less than impressed with and I am SO happy we chose to reach out to these guys. They sent someone out the very SAME day and even offered to come back at at the end of the day after their last appt to put a temporary repair on spots where I had shingles missing and water could leak through.
