Ben went above and beyond my expectations in several areas, including partial repair of roof ridge prior to knowing I would use his company for repair. Originally I thought at 20 years I had to replace my roof. I had 3 roofing companies provide replacement estimates. Fortunately Ben at Vista was the only person that said we could definitely wait 18 months, as our roof was in much better condition than he expected.
