Once I visited the showroom in Huntington, I knew we needed a WA Zimmer pergola! Aaron came out within a couple of days to go over the different options we had. Sold! Jesse and Mike came yesterday to install. They were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Before they left, they went over the mechanics of the operational pergola, warranty, and owners manual. We worked with John at the Elkhart store to design a operable motorized pergola with a specific size and unusual mounting situation that was cheaper with higher snow load rating than competitor models. The craftsmanship of the installation by Jesse, Erik and Gabe was flawless. The motor at first did not work and I was impressed how logically and quickly the troubleshooting process was at finding that one in a million factory made wire harness with a crossed wire.
