From first meeting we indicated we wanted a ceiling fan. Since we had our own electrician we mentioned it as build took place. We’re told wire would be put in so electrician could wire from that. Porch was closed in and wire is not accessible. Now what? They did not offer to come out and fix it. Would not recommend based on our experience.
