We are into our fourth season with our 12ft x 16ft addition. Extremely comfortable. Even with -20 temps, using just an infrared fireplace. And the construction process was a pleasant experience. Thanks Zimmer!

We didn’t know how hard it was to find a competent construction company until we started looking this spring to add a gabled roof over our back patio. Great company! No pressure. Took us a year to make up our minds about a Sunesta awning. It's an excellent quality investment for our home. Rich, the design consultant, was very helpful with our choices of features and colors. The installers were punctual and satisfactory as far as the work and explaining the operation and warranty materials. Hoping to enjoy our deck more this summer!
