I'd had a small notch in my roof from where I took down a steel double walled chimney and I'd tried to find a roofing company to come fix it for 2 years. I saw that Warner Roofing had won an Aurora Chamber of Commerce business award so I called them up to see if they could help. They responded quickly, they actually came and did the work and they were fairly priced. I had an excellent experience with them and I'm so happy to finally have my roof fixed. Thanks guys!

Warner Roofing wasn’t the lowest bid, but they were the only ones to provide a detailed breakdown of all materials and services, line by line with their respective unit prices and totals. All other bidders had only one total figure in the end, even though I had requested a higher level of detail. Transparency in business is very important to me. I needed some flashing installed where a new pergola connects to my house. The communication and response time were great. It was a small job but a little complex. The job was done as requested but when a leak developed during the first rain, they responded quickly and made the connection point totally impermeable. I would definitely use Warner Roofing again.

Heavy rains resulted in a roof leak into the garage causing significant drywall damage to the ceiling. The, not so shocking, reason was a combination of builder grade materials and shabby construction by the builder of the home some 8+ years ago. Finding anybody to do anything in the era of COVID, not to mention GTA, seems like a hopeless task.
