An old friend of ours needed their roof replaced. We worked out a deal where they supplied their own tear-off to save some money. We arrived Monday morning and everything was ready to go! We replaced some bad plywood and rotten fascia and began our install. Saving this money allowed the customer to afford the best shingles we offer; Malarkey Windsor! This designer shingles is amazing and boasts the best warranty, while looking the best as well!

The old roof was no longer providing adequate protection, so we replaced it with the durable Malarkey Vista AR system in Natural Wood. Utilizing a double layer of synthetic underlayment and full deck ice and water coverage, we ensured optimal waterproofing. Additionally, we replaced 25 sheets of OSB to guarantee a strong foundation for the new shingles.

Washington Roofing came out and fixed the flashing and roofing where the previous roofers didn’t do it right.
Andrew also helped me with the fascia and soffits that the roofer never came back to do. Since my house was built in 1908, they didn’t really have fascia boards liKe today’s houses.
His team worked on my house and put in a lot of hours, but every detail is perfect. With a house this old, lots of rot and inconsistent repairs by the owners made this a very difficult job.
