An old friend of ours needed their roof replaced. We worked out a deal where they supplied their own tear-off to save some money. We arrived Monday morning and everything was ready to go! We replaced some bad plywood and rotten fascia and began our install. Saving this money allowed the customer to afford the best shingles we offer; Malarkey Windsor! This designer shingles is amazing and boasts the best warranty, while looking the best as well!

Utilizing a double layer of synthetic underlayment and full deck ice and water coverage, we ensured optimal waterproofing. Additionally, we replaced 25 sheets of OSB to guarantee a strong foundation for the new shingles.
