An old friend of ours needed their roof replaced. We worked out a deal where they supplied their own tear-off to save some money. We arrived Monday morning and everything was ready to go! We replaced some bad plywood and rotten fascia and began our install. Saving this money allowed the customer to afford the best shingles we offer; Malarkey Windsor! This designer shingles is amazing and boasts the best warranty, while looking the best as well!

The old roof was no longer providing adequate protection, so we replaced it with the durable Malarkey Vista AR system in Natural Wood. Utilizing a double layer of synthetic underlayment and full deck ice and water coverage, we ensured optimal waterproofing. Additionally, we replaced 25 sheets of OSB to guarantee a strong foundation for the new shingles.

This place did a great job! I had gotten 4 seperate estimates for my roof leak and Andrew was the only one who was able to identify the exact cause of both leaks. He was honest and didnt try to upsell me on anything which i appreciated. They were able to come out and get my new roof put on before the holidays. Highly recommend!
