Three contractors provided an evaluation for reroofing our home. Two were good, but Weather-Tite provided a 10 year workmanship warranty with Class 4 shingle whereas the other only provided a 2-year warranty. The third was a joke, showed me pictures of hail damage on someone else's roof, and would not provide an estimate until hearing how much the insurance would cover.
