I have been dealing with this company since shortly after our first hailstorm in June of 2023, when I had damage to our roof, exterior, & deck. I learned by speaking with a project manager at Weather Tite of a rubber shingle called Euroshield that is made from recycled automobile tires. I signed a contract in the fall of 2023 to replace my roof with these new rubber (hail resistant) shingles. I recommend Weather-Tite in Rapid City. I picked them to work an insurance claim to replace roof, gutters, and window wraps. I am 100% satisfied for 3 reasons. First – quality workmanship. Second – quality materials. Third – timely communication. They answered every phone call or text, usually the same day and always within 24 hours. They also communicated with my insurance company just as quickly.

Garrett was very responsive to my requests. The installation crews got the job done and cleaned up the landscaping below
