Wow. Our first project coordinator was fired and the next one assigned to us was not following through (forgot to send final info to insurance company and then said they hadn't responded yet) to anything we were told by the representative we first worked with and told our adjoining neighbor (patio homes) their agreement was canceled amd for them to call us and tell us.Apparently when the new project manager called our neighbor to tell him he needed to have a broken window measured and was questi... We had hail damage to our home the summer and the inspector they sent out said we had a few scuffs we new better we had to caulk holes in the ridge shingles, Clay at Weather tite sent documentation to the insurance company and they agreed that we need repairs, We should be on the schedule soon Thank You Clay
