I own multiple businesses and properties so I am not new to construction or doing business but this was a very bad experience. The company's rep Nick completely dropped the ball on filing the claim properly and then wanted us to accept a partial payment from the insurance company. What was supposed to take 2 months took 8 months to complete. I ended up re-opening the case, calling the adjusters and insurance company, and getting the claim approved in full.
