Sam W. The project manager from weather Tite was a great help with our roof repair/ replacement from start to finish. Other staff member were polite and always made sure any concerns we might have had were addressed. Repair was done in a timely manner as per schedule.

Oh my gosh, if you can get Sam Wolff - just do it ! This was a complicated project with numerous types of roofing materials over house, built-on- addition, car port and garage A lot of the previous work was no longer to code or DIY and not working. Sam took the financial stress out of a 35-40k redo, by letting me know they would redo it correctly and work with insurance company to justify the expenses. Very personable, kind, helpful. I contacted Weather-Tite to come inspect my roof after Insurance was requiring it. Brock was able to come out a couple days after the initial call. I had little information from the insurance company, but Brock and his associate were so gracious and wonderful about the situation. They inspected the roof, made a small repair, took pictures, and submit a report to me within a few hours. To say their customer service is outstanding is an understatement. I will rem... Read more
