Brock did a roof inspection while my house was in escrow. He followed up and provided me with an estimate. I called him after the sale closed and he completed the recommended repairs at the price he quoted. Call Brock to get the roof inspected BEFORE you buy a home AND before monsoon season leaves you with a major leak.
My wife and I had much apprehension with the repair of our home after a recent hail storm. It required a new roof, windows, siding, fascia and gutters. Tom Chandler of Weather Tite Exteriors made the daunting task effortless. He explained the entire process in great detail to include cost. He monitored the repair through every step and the work was accomplished beautifully. We are so happy with the outcome!

He took pictures of slipped tiles (that were secured again), a broken tile (that they replaced), underlayment areas to watch, and showed where mortar cracks had cracked.
