Very easy to work with, and Tom went above and beyond with my concerns. I was getting conflicting information on the slope of my roof and if the shingles I wanted would work due to the slope. Tom came to the house after normal hours and went on the roof with his meter, took a picture and showed me the slope-his figure was correct. The showed up on time and replaced my shingles in 1 day. Tom did a walk around the house to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction.
