Caleb did an excellent job getting the roof inspection done, taking pictures of the damage, sending the pictures to the insurance company, and following the job through to completion. He even informed the insurance company when the job was complete and informed them that they could send the depreciation check. We thought the job was handled very professionally.
I cannot say enough about Sam, Caleb, and the entire team at Weather-Tite. Being the owner of property management company, we run into hail damage, etc quite often. Weather-Tite is very responsive with each job and handle everything from start to finish. Their communication with us and our tenants are very professional and courteous. They have never done a bad job and I assume if they did, they would take care of anything immediately. We will not use anyone else.
