Desi helped us navigate through our claims process by working with our insurance company directly. Prior to the roof being replaced we had some shingles blow off. She had her crew come out asap to patch it. Any time I had a question along the way she helped got back to me right away... She even helped me decide on what color to paint our house. The crew did an excellent job on our roof and thoroughly cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Weather-Tite Exteriors!
