We are in the process of selling our home, prior to the home inspection a very unprofessional business showed up to do an inspection on the roof. Let me explain- unmarked vehicle (no business name), bunch of guys without any company clothing, rickety old ladder, no business cards and couldn't locate the business name provided on Google. Weather-tite Exteriors were great! Tom called me back in a very timely manner and was able to come and check my roof the same day. Very kind and knowledgeable. He was HONEST and let me know my roof did NOT need replaced at this time (what a relief)! He even showed up the next day to my home inspection to answer any questions/concerns the buyer or inspector had about my roof. That's amazing customer service!!
